The civil war is an annual tradition between two NJ powerhouse leagues! Come out and see champions in both league settle it on the mat.

When: Scale Time 6PM - Wrestling 7PM

• New entry system
  • The old system of putting in bouts in order of weight classes and not being able to deviate or go back and correct an error is now gone. The new system asks: "what did your home wrestler do in the bout" and directs you to the appropriate form to fill out. You can skip a weight and go back..
  • DQ or special points is now possible for match scores to reflect correctly.

  • See recent events, tournaments and bout scores right on the home page as soon as you visit the site. No login required!
• My Team Page
  • See relevant information specifically geared toward your team
  • Delegates can post information for THEIR team right on the page so parents, wrestlers and visitor for that team will see it. It is like having your own web page here at NJGSWL.com
• More prominent pages will help identify issues
  •  Delegates will see a message if there is an error reported for their team
  • New pages clearly identify illegal certification weights and allow them to be fixed without having to navigate away
  • NoSeed has been moved away from the weight classes and added to the wrestler classification for Varsity, JV and Exhibition! Now, every wrestler will get a seed weight for the season as part of the entry and you will assign them no seed only when the tournament time approaches and you are setting your rosters.
• Weight Classes are DYNAMIC!!
  • Used to be that a weight class change meant finding every call through multiple pages and manually updating code in those pages. This was prone to error and a trying experience. Weight classes are now stored in the database and can be changed in one place that cascades out through the site.
• Text Message Broadcasts
  • There is now a beta system where delegates can text instead of email
• A much better page editor for the masses
  • The new editor is a breeze for all delegates to post information, images and files
• Email Attachments [coming shortly]
  • A long requested feature will let you email a delegate, team or everyone and include a document as an attachment

The vision of the new archive is in the works. As all other things were improved so to is the new archive pages.

Previously only the wrestler and his matches were visible but now I put the whole season back together just like it was when it was contested.
